Life is a Gamble

Life is a gamble. Is it not?

When we pay for university, do we know for sure we're going to pass out?

When we pay for a good, is it sure that that thing is in good condition?

When we take a loan for a house, do you know for sure that your house isn't haunted?

When we pay for the car, do we know if it's being stolen the next day?

What we do is only to evaluate the risk, to weight the importance of things, and to minimise the risk we're undertaken.

Risk cannot be eradicated. Even if when we're crossing a road, a car may just hit on us. What we do in life is just to gamble safely. That's what i think. And my biggest capital is? my youth of course.....

I got 7.0 for IELTS. Disappointed. I thought I can get higher than that maybe by 0.5 band? Anyway, It doesn't matter. not affecting me.... maybe a bit, emotionally. Still waiting for the other set of result..... how would it be?
